Ending Class on Time
Anonymously written message to me:
"You might cut down on some (not all) early departures from class by ending class on time...This respects people's time."
My thoughts:
Definitely. I will be better about ending class on time. I realize that ending class even just five minutes late can inconvenience students who are rushing off to work or to other commitments. Thanks for your input!

One could look at it from another perspective. The extra time you are willing to stay is like a generous gift to your students, and those who need to leave are more than welcome to go early. I would say that by staying to teach for a few extra minutes for those who have the time, you are "respecting" our time much more by donating to us some of your precious time. Perhaps you could say this is the perspective of a student of yoga, rather than that of a busy person taking a random yoga class that happens to fit into a convenient time slot.
