Saturday's Workshop was a BLAST

Thanks to Jessica Abelson, who co-taught, and Dorian Rose, who skillfully assisted in hands-on adjustments. If it weren't for these two wonderful teachers, this workshop would not have been possible.

And to all the participants-
You were amazing. I was truly inspired by your energy and enthusiasm to explore a little deeper into the more subtle layers of your body. And as for those sun salutaions, I could feel your spirits pumping!! Keep up the good work. We went over a lot of stuff, so feel free to email me if you have questions.

The next workshop, "Open Your Heart," will most likely be in September or October. We will focus on the next three chakras via backbending. See you then. :)
