Adjust, Assist, and Accelerate - June 8th
I invite all of you to attend an adjustment clinic workshop taught by David Vendetti at South Boston Yoga. It will take place on Sunday, June 8th at 1:30 - 3:30 pm. All levels from couch potato beginner to active beginner to intermediate to advanced yoga practitioners are welcome to attend. I'll definitely be there!
