CATHERINE'S YOGA SPACE: Schedule

Fridays, 3:45pm & 5:45pm

$70 for 5-Class Pass / $15 for Single Class Pass. All levels every Friday [3:45-5:15pm & 5:45-7:00pm]. Reservation required (5-Class Pass members have priority). Attendance limited to 5 students.

Monday Workshop (Monthly), 6pm

$35. First Monday of each month [6:00-8:15pm]. In-depth exploration of a particular theme or focus for intermediate/advanced students. Reservation & prepayment required. Attendance limited to 5 students.

Beginners' Workshop (Monthly), 6pm

No summer workshops. See you in the Fall!

$30. Monthly [6:00-7:45pm]. Workshop for absolute beginners & beginners. Learn the benefits of yoga and how to practice yoga safely and effectively. Do poses step-by-step at a slow and thorough pace. Includes ample explanations & pose demonstrations. Reservation & prepayment required. Attendance limited to 5 students.

THE FINE PRINT (Policies & Logistics)

  • Pay w/cash or check for classes. Make checks payable to Catherine Allen, PO Box 25105, Houston 77265.
  • Reservations required for ALL workshops & classes.
  • Purchases for workshops and classes are ineligible for refunds or credits. Cancellations, especially same-day cancellations, aren't guaranteed the option to reschedule.
  • If you register for a workshop without Catherine's approval, you will receive a refund minus paypal fees.
  • Bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water.
  • Be ready to start on time. Doors open 20 minutes prior. No late entry after 10 minutes.
  • Park on the street and enter driveway gate.
  • Don't smoke before class, or wear cologne/perfume.
  • Silence all electronic devices (cellphones, beepers, watches, etc.).

Private lessons address your specific needs. Call Catherine to discuss your goals and health history. Then download and bring this signed form (pdf) with you to your first lesson. Bring a towel, water, and yoga mat. Wear clothes that allow you to move and breathe freely.
